1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

- Member / User means any individual registered with FUN88
- Bet / Betting includes placing wagers, playing games, and participating in gambling activities
- Device means any computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or electronic device used to access the services
- Software refers to any program or system required to access FUN88 services
- Sportsbook means the online sports betting section provided by FUN88
- Services means all games, betting services, and features offered on the website
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and selecting the option confirming that you are at least 18 years old, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable rules.

3. Amendments

4. Placing Bets & Bet Acceptance
- FUN88 accepts bets on sports, games, and events displayed on the website
- Bets are accepted only via approved online channels
- Bets placed after an event has started or concluded may be rejected or voided
- All bets are governed by applicable betting rules and these Terms and Conditions
Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or withdrawn.
FUN88 reserves the right to void bets in cases of:
- System errors or technical failures
- Incorrect event information
- Suspected misuse or fraud
“In-play” and “first-half” bets are subject to specific rules.
5. Transactions & Payments
- Payment account details must match the registered account holder
- FUN88 may refuse or suspend transactions where discrepancies or chargebacks occur
- Members are responsible for all payments, fees, and applicable taxes
- Maximum payout per sports bet is £100,000 (or equivalent) unless otherwise stated
6. Winnings & Withdrawals
- Winnings are credited after bets are settled
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements
- A minimum 1x wagering of deposited funds is required before withdrawal
- Inactive accounts (24 months) may incur maintenance fees or be closed
7. Compensation & Liability
Members agree to indemnify FUN88 against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Use of the website or services
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity
8. Additional Rights of FUN88
FUN88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void winning bets, impose penalties, suspend services, terminate this Agreement, or close a member’s account if FUN88 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:
- The member holds more than one FUN88 account
- The registered name does not match the payment method holder
- A promotion is abused or withdrawn from before meeting its requirements
- Incorrect, false, or misleading registration details are provided
- Failure to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests
- The member is under 18 years of age
- Accessing services from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction
- A chargeback, rejected payment, or fraudulent transaction occurs
- Deposits originate from fraud, illegal activity, or unauthorized operations
- Fraud, attempted fraud, collusion, or conspiracy is detected
- Use of bots, automation, artificial intelligence, or system manipulation tools
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Disclosure of residency in restricted jurisdictions including but not limited to:
Philippines, Germany, United States, Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, or other regulated areas during applicable periods
FUN88 may close accounts and refund remaining balances where appropriate, without further notice. FUN88 may suspend services at any time for regulatory, security, or operational reasons.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
FUN88 may suspend or close accounts if:
- Multiple accounts are detected
- False or misleading information is provided
- Underage gambling is identified
- Fraud, chargebacks, or misuse occur
- Legal or regulatory restrictions apply
Remaining balances may be refunded at FUN88’s discretion.
10. Errors & Waiver of Rights
Any failure by FUN88 to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of its rights. Errors or omissions do not invalidate these Terms.
11. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
- User disputes may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
- Legal proceedings shall generally be conducted in Curaçao courts
- FUN88 reserves the right to pursue legal action in other jurisdictions where applicable
